You will learn the therapeutic benefits of ketosis and how this relates to brain health, cognitive function and the prevention of Alzheimer’s disease, otherwise known as type 3 diabetes, a disease triggered by insulin resistance in the brain. This is an incredible episode that really shows us the longer term negative impact of excess carbohydrate in the diet.
